All bespoke services begin with an initial month of Tier 1 level engagement which is our most hands-on, consulting package in which we spend focused time and senior resources to understand your current marketing & sales strategy, business processes and the existing systems in place that support your business..

For clients with existing infrastructure in place, we will have a conversation at the end of the first month to discuss recommendations and decide the appropriate level of engagement going forward.

For clients without existing infrastructure in place, we conduct a similar assessment of your business needs, however a Tier 1 level engagement may continue as we design and build your core systems infrastructure.
