Terms of Service Agreement
By signing up for our services, you agree to the following terms:
Monthly Service Agreement  
  • You are subscribing to a monthly service package.
  • Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless canceled..
Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days notice.
  • To avoid being charged for the next month, cancellations must be made at least 30 days before your next payment due date.
Payment Terms 
  • Payment for your subscription will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of signup.
  • Charges will occur on a monthly basis on the same date each month.
Service Level Agreement 
  • Package 1: Premium Support includes ticketed helpdesk support and email guidance. It does not include Done For You systems development.
  • Package 2: Full-Service Built to Scale includes bi-weekly production calls, done-for-you systems development, custom SOP manual creation, access to the Smartify Training Library, team training, weekly production updates via the Notion Dashboard, monthly tech strategy sessions, and Voxer access to Lindsey & Amir.
Additional Terms 
  • Upon signing up, you will be required to sign a specific engagement agreement with us. This agreement will outline the scope of services, deliverables, and any other terms specific to your chosen package.
  • We reserve the right to modify the terms of service at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance.
  • Your continued use of the service after any changes have been made will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.
  • We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

 By signing up for our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
