An e-commerce company selling cold-pressed juices and juice cleanses in the Washington D.C. area.

The Challenge

  1. How do we increase awareness in the local area to encourage more online sales in a competitive market?
  2. How do we encourage recurring purchases from existing customers?

Approach

  • Website Analysis / Optimization / Tracking – Optimized the website for Google and installed different tracking analytics so we could easily track online purchases from our marketing efforts.
  • SEO Campaign – Conducted Keyword Research to understand the top industry keywords and implemented white hat SEO strategies to increase rankings and online visibility.
  • Email Strategy + Implementation – Created a brand voice and then carefully crafted a series of enticing emails with promotional offers to attract new customers and more sales. We also created a post-purchase email sequence to encourage more consistent sales with current customers.
