The Challenge
When she came to us, Dona had already figured out the foundational parts of her business.
Her messaging and advertising strategy dialled in, her webinar was driving sales calls, enrollment rates were good, and her program was getting amazing results for clients.
She’s a high performer, so Dona juggled all the details of her business when she was a solopreneur. Then she hired an assistant, and they created spreadsheets to manage various tasks related to marketing, sales, payment processing, and program management.
Then Dona went into growth mode, tripling her client flow and adding 2 mindset coaches to help support program participants. Things were running ok, but some tasks and follow ups started falling through the cracks. The need to manage all the manual processes quickly grew out of hand.
