The Challenge
We met when Kristen had a popular podcast and 350 people in her core program.
She wanted to grow to thousands of members and become a 7-figure business, so she had invested heavily on website design, copywriting, and advertising.
But she couldn’t realize an adequate Return on Investment because her systems were messy on the back end.
Automations weren’t giving the correct access to members.
